The club is located on the south east corner of the intersection with Wetton Road and Rosemead Ave. Note, if the parking lot is full in the front there is additional parking at the far end of the fields. Exit club parking lot to right and take a right at the lights on to Wetton Road. Drive past fields til break in the road island and turn right to park at end of fields.
1.FROM THE M5
- Head south from Cape Town to Wynberg
- Take exit 19 Plumstead, M68 Ottery Road
- At the traffic light turn right into Ottery Road. You will now pass under the M5
- At next traffic light turn right into Prince Georges Drive. Drive past William Herbert Sports Ground, a driving range, Novalis Institute and City of Cape Town waste transfer station and Electricity Dept.
- Then just as you pass the Fire Station and approach the lights at Wetton Road turn right into Wynberg Sports Club.
2.FROM MAIN ROAD
Heading south from Cape Town
- Drive through the suburbs of Rondebosch, Newlands, Claremont and Kenilworth. You will pass the following ‘landmarks’
W.P. Rugby Union / W.P. Cricket Club, Cavendish Shopping Centre, Pam Golding Real Estate and then residential stretch with quite a few low rise apartments.
- At Wynberg you will hit traffic lights with Maynard Mall across the intersection on the left hand side. Spur, Woolworths and Game signs on building. Turn left at these lights (Wetton Road).
- Travel past mall, through lights, over train tracks and then at next lights turn right (Rosemead Ave).
- Turn left into first driveway. If you pass fire station or City of Cape Town Electricity Dept you have gone too far.
Heading north from Muizenburg
- Drive through the suburbs of West Lake, Tokai, Deip River and Bergvleit.
- Drive through Wynberg, lots of lights and shops, until passing Maynard Mall and then turn right at lights into Wetton Road.
- Travel past mall, through lights, over train tracks and then at next lights turn right (Rosemead Ave).
- Turn left into first driveway. If you pass fire station or City of Cape Town Electricity Dept you have gone too far.
3.FROM N2 to LIESBEEK PARKWAY
- Take Liesbeek Parkway exit and head south towards Rondebosch.
- Stay on road through Rodebosch as the road changes to Campground Road and then to Palmyra Road, and through Claremont as it takes full left hand bend to head east away from the mountain and become Lansdown Road.
- Pass the large Villagers complex on left and 2 sets of lights until you hit lights at Belvedere/Rosemead and turn right on to Rosemead Ave.
- Stay on Rosemead, passing the Kenilworth Race Course.
- At Wynberg you will hit lights at Wetton Road (plaza on left). Pass through the intersection and take first driveway on left. If you pass fire station or City of Cape Town Electricity Dept you have gone too far.

1. From Milner Road (i.e. from M5 Rondebosch exit towards Wynberg)
Fifth traffic lights from freeway (excl. ped xings the roads are Klipfontein, Park, Sandown, Kromboom, Ave de Mist), turn right into Ave de Mist. Go past VOB. At the end of the road, just before mini roundabout, turn left into parking area (sand/dirt). Field in front of nose.
2. From Wynberg
Take Rosmead Ave, which goes towards Rondebosch from Kenilworth racecourse (i.e. Rosmead Ave). Go past traffic lights at Kenilworth Rd, some other Rd at the Sapr/Medi Cross, Chichester, Lansdowne (the road you are on has change to Belevdere), Keurbooms. Next lights turn left into Ave de Mist (the road you were on changes to Milner Road). Go past VOB. At the end of the road, just before mini roundabout, turn left into parking area (sand/dirt). Field in front of nose.
3. From the N2
Take the Liesbeek Parkway exit. Go towards Rondebosch and cross over traffic lights at Durban, Alma, Park/Belmont (the road you are on has changed to Camp Ground Dr). Next lights, turn left into Sandown Road. Then 3rd or 4th right into Coniston Rd. Follow almost to end of road - when you hit the mini roundabout, navigate yourself into the parking area (sand/dirt). Field in front of nose.
