Cape Town winter rains did not slow anyone down and made for great layout conditions! A new home was found for Cape Town Ultimate at Wynberg Sports Club and a new team entered the league, welcome Disc Connected!

As can be seen from the league standings there was a much tighter race between the established teams. The level of ultimate continues to improve with league participation. Teams are running practices and skills & plays are being developed. The Doctors even go for training runs to improve their cardio! Thanks to all experienced players for taking the time to pass on your knowledge and to all players for taking the time to learn more about the game.
